Description: Fantastic vintage ceramic raku vase by California artist, Joyce Clark-Binen c1980s. Masterful form and exucution. Joyce (1948-2017) earned her MA in Ceramic Sculpture at San Jose State in the 1970s. She was an emerita member of the Association of Clay and Glass Artists, and showed her ceramics in Fine Art Galleries and National Art Fairs. Most recently she taught ceramics at De Anza & Ohlone Community Colleges. This came from a collection of her work.
